Attorneys placed by Lateral Link receive our standard $10,000 Guaranteed Signing Bonus. In addition, Lateral Link offers an incremental referral fee--$500, $1,000, $1,500, etc.--for each attorney referred to us who is not already part of the Lateral Link network and who subsequently obtains a position through Lateral Link. The Lateral Link job network is updated daily and draws from a wide variety of highly sought-after positions at top-tier law firms (ranging from regional boutiques to major international players), hedge funds, banks, publicly traded companies, small start-up companies, and sports and media companies. 	Guaranteed Signing Bonus Lateral Link provides a guaranteed signing bonus to Members who are placed in full time law firm positions (excluding Asian market placements). This signing bonus equals (a) $10,000 for positions with a base salary of $160,000 or more and (b) $5,000 for all other law firm positions. This bonus is paid shortly after the Member commences full time employment and Lateral Link receives compensation for such placement. Although we assist all Members with a career transition, currently, Lateral Link does not provide such a bonus for in-house counsel, government or non-profit placements. In addition, Lateral Link offers a graduated referral fee for each attorney referred to us who is not already part of the Lateral Link network and who subsequently obtains a position through Lateral Link.
