Bio
Tricia McGrath is a Senior Director at Lateral Link. Tricia works with partner and associate candidates on law firm searches nationwide, most often in the New York, California and Washington D.C. regions. Though she has worked with candidates in all areas of practice during her six years as a recruiter, she currently focuses on candidates in tax and tax-related practices. As a former tax practitioner, Tricia has extensive knowledge of the various specialties within tax and utilizes her background to help her candidates make the best career choices. She also has experience helping top-credentialed accounting firm personnel and Tax Court clerks transition to law firms.
Tricia was a tax associate at Shearman & Sterling in NYC, an M&A associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in Menlo Park, California, and an international tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has a B.A. in Classics from the College of the Holy Cross and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
