Our Services Include:

  • Law Firm: Contingent and Retained Searches Our team specializes in contingent and retained searches for law firms, both partners and associates. Our professional recruiters invest the time to understand our clients’ needs and each prospective candidate to ensure the best possible fit. Our commission is based on a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary.
  • In-House Departments: Retained Searches We offer retained searches for General Counsel, compliance counsel, and other in-house legal counsel for companies, academic institutions, and nonprofits. We conduct an in-depth analysis of a client’s needs and culture to determine the type of candidate they seek and who will be the best fit for their company. We then do a thorough screening, including a personal interview and questionnaire, to determine the best candidate for the position. Our commission is based on a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary.
  • Temporary Attorney Staffing: When you have a short-term legal need, but don’t want or cannot afford to hire a permanent in-house attorney, we can help provide you with temporary attorneys for a fraction of the cost of outside counsel. Our database contains a number of well-credentialed, experienced attorneys that we are able to provide to in-house groups on a short-term basis to assist in a variety of situations, including:
    • To clear a backlog or to work on a specific project;
    • To cover for an attorney on maternity or other short-term leave; and
    • To augment existing capabilities with attorneys in specialized practice areas.
