Andrew is a Principal and Co-Manager of Lateral Link’s Northeast recruiting team. Based in New York City, he recruits attorneys at all levels, and across all practice areas, for positions in elite law firms and companies. With nearly a decade of recruiting experience, Andrew relies on the strong client relationships that he and Lateral Link have developed, his deep understanding of the legal market (especially NYC), and his previous practice as a Biglaw associate. Andrew prides himself on being a trusted counselor and advocate for the lawyers he works with, committed to fully understanding their experience, their motivations, and their goals – and then helping to make the best match for them and a new law firm or company employer.
Before starting his recruiting career, Andrew was an associate in the New York office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he focused on white-collar defense and complex commercial litigation, and was also involved with lateral associate and diversity hiring. Additionally, he served as a prosecutor in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office and was a paralegal at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP before law school. Andrew holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Fordham Law School (where he volunteers as an Alumni Mentor).
Andrew is a native New Yorker who currently lives in Manhattan. A student of the city’s history and of urban planning, he enjoys exploring NYC neighborhoods, both old and new, in his free time. Away from the city, he also enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing in a competitive, national flag football league. Andrew is also a trivia junkie, who fulfilled a lifelong dream of competing on Jeopardy! in 2017.
