Ashleigh Goldberg is a Director specializing in the placement of associates and partners with AmLaw, regional, and high-end boutique law firms throughout the Midwest and Florida. With more than a decade of experience in the legal recruiting industry, she is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and her ability to make strategic, long-term matches for both attorneys and firms. In addition to law firm placements, Ashleigh has significant experience recruiting in-house counsel for corporations ranging from emerging companies to large, established organizations.
Ashleigh graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA in International Finance and Marketing. After college, she spent time living and working abroad, an experience that helped shape her global perspective and adaptability—qualities that continue to inform her work with attorneys navigating complex career decisions. She began her recruiting career in 2010 and quickly developed a reputation for providing candid guidance, deep market insight, and a high level of responsiveness.
Prior to joining Lateral Link, Ashleigh ran her own attorney search firm, where she successfully placed associates, partners, and in-house counsel with law firms and corporations nationwide. This entrepreneurial experience gave her a well-rounded understanding of both the legal market and the business realities faced by firms and legal departments. She brings that perspective to every search, tailoring her approach to the specific goals, culture, and growth plans of each client.
Ashleigh takes pride in building long-term relationships and works with attorneys at all stages of their careers. She is particularly focused on helping candidates make moves that align not only with their professional ambitions but also with their personal priorities.
Ashleigh grew up in West Michigan and spent several years in Miami before relocating to the Kansas City area in 2018, where she currently resides. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, playing tennis, and Miami Hurricane football.
