Brittany Zoll is a former big law attorney who utilizes her firsthand experience as a commercial litigator to help attorneys at all levels navigate their next career move. After graduating from Penn Law in 2016, Brittany began her legal career at Paul Weiss in New York City. Brittany’s first lateral move took place during her fourth year when she returned back to her hometown of Philadelphia and joined Dechert. During the pandemic, Brittany relocated again, this time to Miami where she practiced at litigation powerhouse, Boies Schiller.

Having worked at elite law firms in New York City, Philadelphia, and South Florida, Brittany understands not only the pressures and expectations of big law but also the practical and personal considerations that come with making a lateral move–including when relocating geographically. Leveraging her deep knowledge of the legal market in both the Northeast and Southeast regions, Brittany acts as a trusted advisor and a resource for her candidates, offering candid, strategic and tailored guidance to help her candidates find and obtain opportunities that align with their long-term personal and professional career goals. Brittany approaches each candidate’s search with attentiveness, discretion, and a genuine interest in understanding what matters most to the person she is working with–whether that is practice development, growth opportunity, work-life balance, geographic change, or a particular firm environment. Brittany is well-connected in the legal industry and very much values having long-term relationships with candidates and law firms alike. She knows the industry is incredibly small and her goal is to serve as a reliable, steady and trusted resource over time.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys playing tennis and is slowly learning to play golf. She still lives in Miami with her dog, Merritt, but frequently returns to the Northeast to spend quality time with family and friends.
