Bryce Clark is a Director at Lateral Link, focusing on law firm lateral recruiting and in-house placements in the California and West Coast legal markets. He practiced law for over six years, including two years clerking for a federal judge. His time clerking and practicing law gives Bryce credibility and insight into the legal market and an appreciation for the nuances of the lateral market.

Bryce transitioned into legal recruiting in 2024. He quickly realized that he had a natural knack and passion for helping attorneys with career transitions. He won “Rookie of the Year” for 2025 at his prior recruiting agency before transitioning to Lateral Link. Bryce has experience placing attorneys from a variety of practice areas at Am Law 100, boutique, and mid-size firms.

Personally, Bryce is a big hiker. He loves the outdoors and exploring new places. Having grown up in Colorado, he loves the snow and skiing in the winter. He enjoys playing volleyball, golf, pickleball, and lifting weights. Bryce is a huge sports fan, and he is passionately loyal to his Denver Broncos and Arizona Wildcats, for better or worse.”

Bryce graduated with honors with his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2017. He graduated with his undergraduate degree from Colorado Mesa University.
