Buddy’s many years in the legal profession as both an attorney and recruiter give him a unique perspective and knowledge on what lawyers and law firms are looking for, and that knowledge, in addition to the strong network that he has cultivated over the years, help him to serve law firms and counselors alike.

Buddy started his career as a litigator in Los Angeles and eventually transitioned to recruiting.  Buddy first joined a recruiting boutique that focused exclusively on partners at AmLaw firms, then he moved to a Fortune 500 recruiting firm before joining Lateral Link.  At Lateral Link, Buddy continues to work with partners in addition to high-end associates.

Buddy, who originally hails from the East Coast, attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a varsity letter winner on Penn’s acclaimed Heavyweight Rowing Team.  Buddy then attended law school at the University of San Diego, where he graduated cum laude and was an associate editor of the San Diego Law Review.

Before going to law school, Buddy, who is fluent in Spanish, lived for a year in Spain, where he worked at the Julian Del Val Fish Market in Madrid.  Outside of recruiting, Buddy is a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the Gracie Family and is a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
