Christina is a Director at Lateral Link, specializing in attorney placements across the Northeast Region with a focus on the New York City market. She earned her B.A. in International Politics and Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University and spent time living, volunteering, and traveling abroad before launching her legal recruiting career.  

Christina spent a decade at Schulte Roth & Zabel where she advised firm leadership on strategic talent acquisition and led the firm’s early careers initiatives. During this time, she played a key role in shaping the firm’s recruiting strategy, strengthening employer branding, and building lasting relationships with top legal talent. By the end of her tenure at Schulte, she was overseeing lateral attorney hiring, campus outreach, and staff recruitment.

Throughout her career, Christina has established and maintained a wide-reaching professional network spanning across law firms, law schools, and the legal community at large—including many attorneys she supported early in their careers who are now established professionals. Her Big Law experience, combined with active involvement in NALP and NYCRA, enables her to make strategic, high-impact connections. Christina is known for her thoughtful, candidate-first approach and her deep commitment to helping attorneys navigate their careers with clarity and confidence.

Originally from New Jersey, Christina now splits her time between New York City & Barcelona, Spain. In her free time, she enjoys solo travel, watching reruns of Whitney Houston live performances and reading Booker Prize and National Book Award winners.
