Jesse is a Principal based in the Chicago office and specializes in placing associates and partners with leading Am Law 100 and 200 law firms as well as top-ranked midsize firms. Jesse also places in-house counsel with public and privately-held corporations and financial institutions. As an experienced recruiter, Jesse places attorneys in a broad range of practice areas, including: corporate, finance, real estate, investment funds, intellectual property, litigation, executive compensation, employee benefits, labor and employment, technology transactions, data privacy, restructuring, health care, trusts and estates, and tax.

Prior to joining Lateral Link, Jesse was a Managing Director and an Attorney Search Director with national legal search firms where he placed an exceptional number of attorneys with prestigious large and midsize law firms and corporations. Before recruiting, he practiced as a commercial litigation attorney with a regional midsize law firm.

Jesse received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List and a Member of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. Jesse received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and majored in history. Jesse is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and on the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan Alumni Club.
