Prior to joining the Lateral Link team, Richard dedicated over 13 years to legal recruiting at a prominent international search firm. During this tenure, he became a true “transatlantic” expert, developing a nuanced understanding of both the US and UK legal markets. Over his career he has helped hundreds of attorneys navigate complex lateral moves and career transitions. Beyond individual placements, Richard has a proven track record of developing new geographical markets and leading high-performing recruitment teams to success. His consistent excellence has earned him numerous industry awards, cementing his reputation as a top performer on both sides of the Atlantic.

Beyond the office, Richard is a devoted family man who loves exploring the world with his wife and children. An avid traveler, he has visited 35 countries to date. 

Richard is also a passionate sports enthusiast. Whether he’s on the pitch playing Football (Soccer), hitting the links for a round of Golf, or competing on the Basketball court, he thrives on staying active. His competitive spirit extends to endurance sports, having successfully completed multiple triathlon and marathon events. Driven by a desire to give back, Richard previously served as a global ambassador for his former employer’s international charity.
