Tiffani Whittaker is a strategic advisor to law firms and attorneys, helping both navigate growth, transition, and long-term career success with clarity and confidence. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
Tiffani partners with law firms of all sizes on talent strategy and long-term growth planning. She works closely with attorneys at all stages of their careers, offering thoughtful counsel on career moves, market positioning, and professional development. Her approach is highly relationship-driven and rooted in trust, discretion, and a deep understanding of what drives success for both individuals and law firms.
Before transitioning into legal recruiting, Tiffani spent nearly a decade as a managing attorney in real estate title companies, where she led high-performing teams and played a central role in expanding operations and client relationships. She previously practiced in both AmLaw and boutique firms, advising on municipal bond finance and affordable housing, and later served as a career counselor at Georgetown Law and as National Director of Diversity at an AmLaw 100 firm.
This combination of legal practice, law firm administration, and recruiting expertise, allows her to guide clients and candidates with insight grounded in real-world experience. She understands not only how to place talent, but how law firms grow, how cultures are built, and how attorneys make decisions that shape their careers over time. Clients value her ability to combine market knowledge with practical judgment, while candidates trust her to provide honest, thoughtful guidance at pivotal moments.
Tiffani is deeply engaged in community and civic leadership, serving on the boards of the Washington Area Women’s Foundation and the Frederick Douglass Museum and Cultural Center. Her most rewarding role is that of “Mom” to her two college-aged children and 13-year-old labradoodle.
