Tina Lee Jebely brings over two decades of legal and corporate experience to her role as Senior Advisor at Lateral Link. Her career spans private practice with Latham & Watkins, in-house counsel at an international investment bank, and fractional general counsel work. In 2021, she founded The Roya Agency, a boutique legal talent agency in Hong Kong focused on partner, associate, and in-house counsel placements, which Lateral Link acquired in 2024.

Tina is passionate about championing the success of others and bringing people together (even including multiple marriages!). As an attorney recruiter, she understands the value of bespoke strategic advice and invests time to provide mentoring, career and business planning advice, compensation negotiations and facilitation of transitions.

A dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, Tina founded and led an inclusive gender diversity network in Hong Kong and advised on similar networks in Seoul, Tokyo, and Taipei. Tina has been recognized as a “Woman to Watch” by The Women’s Foundation, as well as a finalist for the 2024 Women of Influence Awards by the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Tina holds a Bachelor’s in Business from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Dean’s Gold Key. Outside of work, she is working on a tech start-up and enjoys dancing, practicing tai chi, and spending time with her family.
