Kristina Marlow is one of the country’s few legal recruiters to have practiced at AND recruited for Big Law, so she understands the hiring process from all sides. An industry expert who has worked in the legal market in various capacities for more than two decades, Kristina prides herself on helping attorneys find great jobs and law firms find great attorneys. Her goal is to place attorneys in positions that are a “good fit” and will allow them to grow professionally; referrals from satisfied attorneys make up the bulk of her client base.
Kristina earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center while working full-time in-house. After graduating, shelitigated in Gibson Dunn’s DC office for almost five years before taking over its recruiting department. As Legal Recruiting Manager, she handled attorney recruiting, including on-campus, lateral, and judicial clerk hiring, and directed the office’s summer associate program and successful diversity initiatives.
Kristina understands the concerns of both law firm clients and lateral candidates and offers them exceptional professional service, absolute confidentiality, and maintains the highest ethics in her lateral searches.
